In this appeal we are asked to determine whether a juvenile, adjudicated delinquent, forfeits the right to file an appeal nunc pro tunc on the ground of ineffective assistance of counsel, where the juvenile is on fugitive status after post-trial proceedings commence. We hold that appellant has forfeited his right to an appellate review on the merits of his claims1
