This negligence action arises out of a one-car accident that caused the death of Dale Hobart. The plaintiff, Claire Caliri, is the administratrix of Mr. Hobart's estate. Following a trial in the Superior Court (Gray, J.), the jury returned a verdict for the defendant, the State of New Hampshire, Department of Transportation (DOT). The plaintiff appeals, arguing that the trial court erred in its jury charge. We affirm.
