The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) and Amalgamated Transit Union Local 308 agreed to arbitration of their dispute concerning the CTA's discharge of union member Lorain Tolliver. The arbitrator decided in favor of the union and Tolliver. The trial court vacated the arbitrator's award, and the union appeals. We reverse the trial court and reinstate the arbitrator's award because the CTA did not show that...
