This is a suit to set aside a conveyance under S.C.Code Ann. § 27-23-10 (1991)1, more commonly known as the Statute of Elizabeth, initiated by Leasing Enterprises, Inc., against William C. Goodwin, Jr., d/b/a Goodwin Lumber and Millwork Company, William C. Goodwin, Jr., and Helen Goodwin. Following a bench trial, the court refused to set aside the conveyance. Leasing Enterprises appeals. We affirm.
