On September 6, 1989, appellants, Herbert Kishter and Seven Courts Partnership, filed a Complaint against defendant, Seven Courts Community Association, Inc. (the Association), in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, seeking the reformation of a deed dated May 11, 1978. Appellants maintained that they were entitled to the relief sought because the deed, through a mutual mistake, erroneously conveyed a 1.9962 acre-parcel that the parties had agreed...
