Plaintiff, Lester Greenfield, appeals the circuit court's order dismissing his amended complaint. Plaintiff raises three issues on appeal: (1) whether plaintiff's amended complaint "related back" to the time of the filing of his original complaint; (2) whether plaintiff's amended complaint is barred by res judicata; and (3) whether plaintiff's cause of action exists under the Business Corporation Act of 1983...
