John Earl Barna's driving privileges were revoked pursuant to the implied consent statute. See Minn.Stat. § 169.123, subd. 4 (1992) (requiring Commissioner of Public Safety to revoke a person's license if found driving a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of 0.10 or more).
