Rodney Contreras pleaded guilty to single counts of first degree escape, unlawful imprisonment, and custodial assault. He appeals the court's disposition, contending it exceeded the 150 percent rule of RCW 13.40.180(1) because the three crimes were all part of a "single act". We affirm.
