This action is before this Court upon an appeal from the October 16, 1992, order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia. The circuit court granted the appellee's, James E. Adkins, Jr., motion for summary judgment holding that West Virginia law controlled the insurance contract with respect to the facts in this case.
