This is an appeal from a decision by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Lakewood Hospital ("appellee") against plaintiff-appellant Erasmia Petratos ("appellant") as Administrator of the estate of Fotios Petratos.
