PER CURIAM.

Demetrius Andre Ransom pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and was sentenced to twenty-seven months in prison based in part upon a two-level enhancement for obstruction of justice. Ransom appealed, and we remanded "with instructions to conduct a hearing on the issue of obstruction of justice ... and thereafter to resentence the defendant as appropriate." United States v. Ransom...
