The Petitioner, Pennsylvania Medical Society (Society), has filed a petition for review in our original jurisdiction.1 The Society challenges the constitutionality of section 18 of the Act of February 7, 1990, P.L. 11, Act No. 90-6 (Act 6). Section 18 of Act 6 amended section 1797 of the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law (MVFRL)2
