Following a jury trial, defendant Richard Joseph Simms was convicted of three counts of sale of narcotic drugs, class 2 felonies. The trial court sentenced defendant to a fourteen-year term on each count and ordered that the terms be served concurrently. Defendant appeals from his convictions and sentences.
