Arnold Leon Osborne appeals his conviction on eight counts of second degree possession of stolen property, four counts of forgery, one count of second degree theft, and two counts of third degree theft. Among other things, Osborne contends that he was denied his constitutional right to counsel. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
