Appellants, Kenneth Wayne Holland and Sevelt Kelly, were convicted of possession with intent to distribute cocaine under 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1988) and use of a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime under 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1) (1988). Additionally, Mr. Holland was convicted of two separate counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon under 18 U.S.C...
