This appeal was brought by Guichard Drilling Company (Guichard) and its insurer, CNA Insurance Company, defendants-appellants herein,1 from a judgment in favor of Hubert Dietz, plaintiff-appellee herein, in the amount of $13,595.57 in medical and mileage reimbursements.
