Appellant, convicted of the vehicular homicide of a little girl, argues that the court erred in sentencing him. First, he argues that the court improperly departed from the guidelines without giving written reasons; and second, he maintains that the court improperly imposed special terms and conditions of probation without orally announcing them at the sentencing hearing.
