Claimant appeals an order of the judge of compensation claims (JCC) denying, in part, his claim for temporary partial disability (TPD) and wage loss (WL) benefits on the grounds of res judicata and failure to report pursuant to the newly amended section 440.15(3)(b)2., Florida Statutes (Supp. 1990).
