Debtors filed their petition for relief under Chapter 7 on November 24, 1992. Debtors had owned two businesses: Car-Don Energies of Stanberry, Inc. and Twin Lakes Propane of Warsaw, Inc. Both businesses had been engaged in the retail sale and distribution of butane and propane fuels.
