Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

As the result of a verbal altercation between the defendant and a vendor in a candy store, the defendant fired a number of shots in the direction of the vendor and hit an innocent bystander. A police detective (who, one week later, arrested the defendant) spoke with the vendor, who provided a description of the shooting and of the defendant. Four days later, an anonymous informant...
