DBL Liquidating Trust ("Drexel") appeals the denial by Francis G. Conrad, Bankruptcy Judge, of a motion for summary judgment in its favor on a claim filed by Clarkson Construction Company ("Clarkson") in Drexel's bankruptcy proceedings. This appeal is by grant of leave from this Court. The issue is whether as a matter of law Clarkson ratified approximately 3,000 trading transactions made in a brokerage...
