In this action for no-fault insurance benefits, plaintiff presented a claim for personal injury protection benefits. Defendant is the no-fault insurer of plaintiff's parents, who live in Grant, Michigan. On May 24, 1990, the trial court granted plaintiff's motion for summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10). On December 13, 1991, the trial court entered a judgment in favor of plaintiff for medical expenses, reimbursement for replacement services...
