In this case, Gerald Oberg, Nicholas Tautz and Stephen Adams ("Plaintiffs") were all employees of Allied Van Lines, Inc. ("Allied"). As part of a reduction in force, Allied fired the Plaintiffs along with approximately 60 other employees.
