SULLIVAN, Associate Judge:

Appellant was convicted by a jury of simple assault in violation of D.C. Code § 22-504 (1989). On appeal, appellant contends that the trial court erred in ruling that the government acted lawfully in terminating him from the United States Attorney's pretrial diversion program1 and that the court erred in ruling that the government acted lawfully in declining to readmit him. We affirm.
