SWEENEY, J.

Miley John appeals a contempt order for violation of a consent decree. Mr. John contends (1) the contempt proceeding was criminal in nature and he was denied his constitutional right to due process; (2) the court erred in failing to enter findings of fact; and (3) he is entitled to an award of attorney fees. We reverse.
