This case involves interpretation of language in defendants' insurance policy covering plaintiff's business property. Plaintiff appeals from an Oakland Circuit Court order granting summary disposition to defendants under MCR 2.116(C)(10). Plaintiff argues that the trial court erred in granting the motion, because a genuine issue of material fact exists. We agree and reverse.
