We granted certiorari in these consolidated cases to examine the burden of proof placed upon an employer when claiming a credit against worker's compensation payments for "benefits under disability benefit plans in the proportion funded by an employer..." LSA-R.S. 23:1225(C)(1)(c). Finding that the employer is entitled to and has proven the amount of the credit, we affirm the judgments of the court of appeal which allowed...
