Case Summary

Patrick Gray et al. ("Gray") and David Griffin et al. ("Griffin") appeal the trial court's decision to grant Westinghouse Electric Company's ("Westinghouse") motions to dismiss their consolidated nuisance and punitive damages claims under Ind.Trial Rule 12(B)(6).
