A jury convicted Gregory Lee Jordan of one count each of inmate possessing any weapon and inmate possessing an implement for escape, 18 Pa.C.S. § 5122(a)(2) and (3). The Honorable Paul B. Greiner, S.J., sentenced Jordan to serve a term of imprisonment of thirty (30) to sixty (60) months on the count of possessing weapons, and a concurrent sentence of six (6) to twelve (12) months on the charge...
