Mary Collura Schillace (plaintiff) brought this suit against Channell Shopping Partnership and Robin W. Poirier (defendants) seeking dissolution of defendants' seizure of certain certificates of deposit belonging to plaintiff, as well as damages and attorney fees. From an adverse judgment, plaintiff appeals.
