Appellant, adjudicated personally bankrupt in involuntary proceedings, seeks recovery on claims which he had not disclosed to his creditors in his bankruptcy proceedings. After his discharge from bankruptcy, Appellant instituted arbitration proceedings on a claim which was disclosed in the bankruptcy proceeding.
