HARWELL, Chief Justice:

Terry Lynn Langford (Langford) and a co-defendant were represented by partners from the same law firm in a criminal prosecution. Langford's application for postconviction relief (PCR), alleging that his attorney was deficient for failing to inform him of the dangers of dual representation after his co-defendant decided to plead guilty, was dismissed by the PCR judge.
