This matter comes before the Court on both the complaint of Clyde O. Bodie ("Bodie" or "plaintiff") and Mary A. Bodie to determine dischargeability of debt filed October 2, 1993, and the counterclaim of Stanley B. Britt ("Britt" or "defendant") against Bodie, in the answer filed on November 3, 1992, for default on a promissory note. The Bodies allege that Britt owes them $25,000 and prays...
