After a jury trial, defendant Steven Lance (Lance) was convicted of unlawful delivery of more than 15 grams of cocaine, pursuant to sections 1401(a)(2)(A) and 1102(h) of the Controlled Substances Act of 1989 (the Act) (Ill.Rev.Stat.1989, ch. 56½, pars. 1401(a)(2)(A), 1102(h)) and was sentenced to six years' imprisonment in the Department of Corrections.
