While driving her parents' car without express permission or a driver's license, Elizabeth Morich struck and injured the plaintiff Julia Bishop in the Morich's driveway. The plaintiff sued Elizabeth Morich on a theory of negligence and Donald and Margaret Morich on a theory of negligent entrustment and supervision.
