Respondents appeal from an order terminating parental rights to their two minor children on the grounds of neglect. We affirm.

Respondents are the parents of Jeanne Anne Beck, born 8 November 1985, and Susan Diane Beck, born 1 October 1973. On 15 January 1990 respondents took Jeanne to the McDowell Hospital for burns suffered from hot water. Respondents claimed that Jeanne burned herself when she fell into the bathtub.
