This appeal involves the question of whether a Maryland court has personal jurisdiction over a foreign automobile insurer sued by its own insured. The Circuit Court for Montgomery County held that it did not and so dismissed the claims of the insureds, appellants, Allen K. Bahn and his wife Sansherma Bahn, against the insurer, appellee, Chicago Motor Club Insurance Company (C.M.C.).
