Appellant, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, appeals from an order of the Superior Court quashing as interlocutory the Commonwealth's appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County reinstating a defendant to accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD). 406 Pa.Super. 659, 583 A.2d 830.
