640 So.2d 15 (1993)

Larry Douglas CHILDERS v. STATE.

Court of Criminal Appeals of Alabama.

September 3, 1993.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Donald E. Holt and Lindsey Mussleman Davis of Holt, McKenzie, Holt and Mussleman, Florence, for appellant.

James H. Evans, Atty. Gen., and Stephen N. Dodd, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

ON REMAND

BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

On original submission, this Court found no grounds to reverse the appellant's conviction for manslaughter.
