Evie Washington sued her insurer, State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, seeking a declaratory judgment that her homeowner's insurance policy obligated State Farm to defend her in an action for defamation brought by a third party. The trial court granted summary judgment for State Farm. Washington appeals; we affirm.
