Carl Sabastian PARRISH v. COMMONWEALTH of Virginia.

Court of Appeals of Virginia.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Jerry P. Slonaker, Sr. Asst. Atty. Gen. (Stephen D. Rosenthal, Atty. Gen., on brief), for appellee.
