HEIMAN, J.

Cynthia D'Avanzo appeals (11493) from the trial court's denial of her request for a temporary and permanent injunction. She also appeals (11960) from the deficiency judgment rendered against her by the trial court in a foreclosure action brought by Citicorp Mortgage, Inc. We affirm the judgments of the trial court.
