This matter came before the Supreme Court pursuant to an order issued to the plaintiffs to appear and show cause why the appeal of the defendant, Marisa Iannetta Barone (Barone) should not be summarily sustained.

In this case Barone and Felice Iannetta (Iannetta) were sued in District Court for personal injury and property damage arising out of a motor vehicle collision. After trial, judgment entered against Iannetta only. A decision...
