A petition was filed to commit appellant Dennis Darol Linehan as a psychopathic personality, and a hearing was held. The trial court committed Linehan to the Minnesota Security Hospital as a psychopathic personality. The security hospital filed its report, and a hearing was held on Linehan's indeterminate commitment. The trial court committed Linehan to the security hospital for an indeterminate period as a psychopathic personality...
