Respondent Unique Systems Development, Inc. (Unique) obtained a directed verdict and a judgment for damages against respondent Star Agency (Star) and appellants American Executive Agency, Inc. and Peter Bergerson (American). Star paid the judgment amount and, along with Unique, then sought to enforce the judgment against American. Because their insurer had become insolvent, American sought a permanent injunction prohibiting Unique...
