Schlena Dowell, now known as Schlena Sojka, sustained an injury arising out of and in the course of her employment on March 17, 1988. Sojka was putting meat through a meat grinder when her right hand and arm became caught in the grinder. Sojka's right arm was amputated just below the elbow. She sustained a ninety percent functional impairment of her right upper extremity and has been paid permanent...
