On February 4, 1987, Barry Lee Fluharty entered pleas of guilty to charges of aggravated assault on a police officer and carrying a firearm without a license. He waived the preparation of a pre-sentence report and was immediately sentenced to serve concurrent terms of imprisonment for not less than twenty-nine (29) months nor more than five (5) years for aggravated assault and not less than seventeen (17) months nor more than five (5) years for carrying...
