Mary Kay Seney, appellee, sued the City of Baltimore (not a party to this appeal), contesting the condemnation of several properties which she had owned with her former husband, John M. Seney, Jr., appellant, claiming that she did not receive adequate notice of the condemnation. Appellant was impleaded by Baltimore City as a third party defendant in the suit.
