Tamara Rae Shinder was convicted of possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (1988) and sentenced to 60 months in prison. She now appeals both the judgment of conviction and the sentence. On appeal she claims there was insufficient evidence to sustain the conviction and that the trial court1 misapplied the Sentencing Guidelines in rendering the sentence of 60 months...
