William Dean Taylor appeals his convictions for first degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a murder. He claims that the trial court erred (1) in allowing the Commonwealth's Attorney to impeach him by asking him on cross-examination whether "this [is] the first time you ever told this story," in violation of appellant's exercise of his right to remain silent; and (2) in allowing the Commonwealth's Attorney to display the victim...
